| Dawson Music and Studio has been in business in
downtown Clinton, Arkansas since 1975. Selling guitars, sound
equipment and accessories. The music store moved to just outside
of downtown Clinton in 1980 to add a Recording studio. We have
recently expanded to have 2 salesmen in Conway, Arkansas.
Dawson Music and Studio sells and installs sound systems for Churches and Theaters. We are also a dealer of the Superlux condenser microphones that are great for recording or live performances. Along with other Acoustic Guitar brands, we are a dealer of the outstanding Dana Bourgeois guitars. If you haven't heard one of these you need to see what you are missing. Played by such greats as Ricky Skaggs, Cody Kilby (Kentucky Thunder), Bryan Sutton, Tim Stafford (Blue Highway) and more. To match the sound of the Bourgeois guitars, we are very proud to be dealers of the Arkansas Banjo. These banjos are as spectacular to look at as they are LOUD. The name says it all as these banjos are made right here in Arkansas by Joe Jakonczuk. The first thing you notice while talking to him and listening to his banjos is, he knows his stuff.
